Appetizers good everything else pretty lousy. Poor service. Asked 3 times for water, finally went to the bar and asked the bartender for water. Waitress seemed like she was deliberately avoiding contact. Meals were the worse we ever had there. Obviously something changed in the last 6 months. Progressively getting worse. Go over to Red Robin instead.

We came on a Wednesday night around 7PM.  It wasn't quite that busy, as we were seated immediately.  I took 35 minutes for the waitress to tell us that they gave our orders to another couple.  We found later this was a lie as they admitted having lost our order.  The manager was around and seemingly monitoring the situation.  Nevertheless, she chose not to intervene for some reason.  We simply walk out.  The food here may be terrific, but we never had a chance to try it.  Very bad service.

Honestly out of all the Applebee’s I have ever been to this is by far the worse one ever!! The server Bic was absolutely amazing an apologetic because the horrible, by far most lazy slow distracted bartender (Rene) I have ever seen, was moving so slow and talking to people and stopped making our drinks that have already been waiting 10 minutes ( on a VERY SLOW night and the drinks were so terribly made!! ) to take a regulars payment that was just sitting on the counter while he had a topped off full beer that he just got, took literally (not exaggerating) 3-4 minutes to even make the change... and then the manager David had nothing to say and barely even said apologized without an eye roll. Only reason I would ever be back is for the awesome server Bic who seems to be the only one that knows the policies and rules... Thank you Bic for making it at least a little tolerable.

The food here was very good! I also enjoyed playing a trivia game they had on the tablet at our table. I ordered a bacon cheese sandwich and it had a very good flavor especially when I dipped it in some of their barbecue sauce.

One in our party had to go to work so I called in advance to reserve a table for 5 persons at 6:30pm. The polite young lady said sorry, but I have to have a party of 6 to reserve a table. She continued on to say at 6:30 it will be no problem as they are not real busy now and it will be a minimum wait. I came in at 6:05 just in case. I told her my party would arrive in 15 minutes. The hostess looked behind her at several tables sitting empty then said "ok, it will be a 5 minute wait". Then, one minute later without explaining why she changed the wait to "15, no 20 minutes, no 24 minutes". 2 other couples came in and expressed their frustration at seeing the empty tables. The hostess told them a party of 14 had come in and they had a 20 to 25 minute wait. They chose to go somewhere else. I was seated at the 25 minute mark.
