I don't want to say it was the hungry talking but those boneless wings were delicious . I am definitely going back to eat and drink my fill. My burger was cooked to perfection.
It was honestly such a nice place. We got seated quickly. The food was great. The worker was lovely, her name is Keyoshia W. She was really sweet when we asked her if we could move our seats. The atmosphere was nice. We got 2 strawberry lemonades and 1 strawberry banana smoothie. Usually the lemonades are too strong but this one was just right. The wings where good and so was everything else. Would 100% come again.
I hope the management sees this and gets to work on this after seeing the review of many people. The staff is really laid back even when it gets busy, we sat down there for almost 20 mins to get served, we called the server who was walking by to just get a glass of water as we were walking. I tried calling another server said sorry your server have to serve it. After seeing this we just thought to just order a little appetizer and walk out from there. This place honestly needs attention with customer service. I hope this gets some solution to this existing customer service problem. May come back after a long time and change the review status.
They had good seating. The waiters are very polite, and they always come by asking you if you need anything. Food was good, my family had no complaints. I recommend coming here, even though I haven't tried all the foods, the place is still good.Food: 4/5
Sunday afternoon plenty of parking, entering restaurant there was no waiting. Immediately party of 5 escorted to booth. The waitress was very professional and extremely pleasant. A real DARLING!!! Food was GREAT! Kudos to the CHEF!! Prices of entrees were fair. I will visit again.
Nice place, prices have gone up very high without an increase in quality or quantity. Drinks are very weak. Way to much ice in my opinion watered down drink anyways. The food came in a untimely manner. With the break your teeth onion rings,so hard that I have a dentist appointment due to my broken front tooth. Adding Sweet potato fries would be a better improvement. Checking on the orders. This would help get the food to customers hot instead of having to eat fast,before it gets cold.
This Applebee's has a very diner vibe to it. It's small but very home-y and chill. The server we got is really really nice, and polite! Food is better than okay, but not mindblowingly good. The place is quite clean and the environment is nice. Overall a really really good experience! Would recommend this place to people who wants to eat good food with cheap price!
Just plain nasty!! I ordered my steak well done this is not even cooked it basically missing the heartbeat! I’m so upset then when I said I would go up there and pick up a new one the manager told me I had to go thru Uber I cancelled the whole order horrible customer service the transferred me 4 times before getting me to the manager i am annoyed
The food was bland, unflavored and the steaks weren't prepared as requested. The whole meal was lackluster, the drinks watered down, and the music was awful and too loud.Food: 2/5
The food was so good the last time my family went here….The food was fresh to made order but I don’t know now we went there Sunday and the food was stale and hard and tasted like leftovers, also not to mention we waited a whole 30 min for appetizer.
