I finally decided to comment, hopefully the owner or manager reads this. My favorite things at Applebees are the soft pretzels, and the bourbon chicken and shrimp. I actually think they have decent affordable  food. The staff is always nice and attentive. The only thing that makes me not want to come back is the cleanliness issue. The carpet floor is disgusting. Like nobody ever did a deep cleaning since the restaurant was open this is in several applebees, not just the one in carrollwood. The bathroom floor is super dirty too and very sticky. I think that whoever owns this place should show some love to it. Maybe change the floor? No more carpet please it is disgusting. I believe that if they fix these cleaning issues they will attract many more customers!

To start, we were unsatisfied by our service. The appetizer took over 25 min to come out then another 40 for the entree. I ordered a 4 cheese Mac and cheese and my friend got a oriental chicken salad they brought us out 2 3 cheese pennes, I stuck with mine and figured it was still pasta while my friend had them take hers back and give salad as she is allergic to gluten and dairy. The taste was not there so I barely took 3 bites and decided to take the rest home just to put it on a plate and FIND THIS. I’m disgusted, this is dirty and not edible. Please don’t go to this chilis unless you want bugs in your mediocre food.

Laura the bartender is the best! I went in solo to have a few beers and was excited to see that apps were half off and burgers only $6.99 on Mondays. This will be a new regular spot for me. Food was great I had the boneless chicken and chips/queso and was all around an enjoyable time. Looking forward to Laura's company again soon!

Had a guys‘ dinner out with my 13 year old son. Bella was fantastic! Very nice, attentive and helpful with our dinner. Would love to have her every time! Thank you so much Bella! Our meals were great too!

Bella's service was excellent! She was very attentive and has a wonderful personality. The fiesta lime chicken was great and bourbon chicken and shrimp was delicious! As for dessert the Blondie is amazing! Thank you Bella for everything! 5 stars!

Haven't always had the best experiences in the past, but decided to give it another chance today.  SO glad we did.  Got the 2 for $28 which came with 2 entress and an appetizer- all really good! Nice staff. In and out in an hour on a Sunday night.  Will be back!Food: 5/5

This location has the best manager she is very hands on with her customers remembers their names Cindy is awesome. Dominique was our server we have had her before and she always remembers our face and very attentive and personable. I don't go to any other location as this location feels like family.

The servers did the best they could.  But you can tell the restaurant is missing good management. Oriental salad was missing the crunchy things and breadstick. The place has a dirty run down vibe. Hope they can turn this location around.

My waitress Ari was very professional and understanding.  Told her I had difficulties selecting due to my dietary needs and she made sensible and delicious recommendations.  Awesome job Ari thank you!

I love this place.  It's almost like a second home.  From the GM Jacob to my favorite kitchen guy Leon, it's the best.  I'm very friendly with the bartenders especially as well as the rest of the staff. Ari is an awesome and professional bartender.  So glad she's back.  She never disappoints me or anyone else.  None of them do. Glad to be here every time.  See ya!!  Vegetarian options: Wish there were more.
