I get takeout here a few times a month and the food always seems to be good. I have had very few bad experiences here over the years. Staff is always friendly and always gets the orders correct. Steaks are cooked to the right temperature and are always cooked on time. Only takes about 15 minutes for them to cook food for takeout.

Was very disappointed in our visit. Service was moderately fast, but my food was not very warm and the chicken strips were a little smaller then the size of chik fila strip.  We could have went there instead for the price.

My server Tiffany was excellent! I got everything in a timely manner and she was a joy to be around! Also the food was great, no errors.  Definitely going to come back and request that she is my server again! Very professional!

One mistake after another.  Not with the food.  With the timely manner it was delivered.  If it came at all.
Entree came before the silverware.  No plates with appetizers.  Beg for a second cup of coffee.  
Then I watch the hostess stand at the front door.  Not doing anything.  Texting on her phone.  Talking.  As dirty tables just sat there.  One right in front of her and the entrance too. Along with others around.  Is it responsibility?  Probably not. Good thing I'm not the manager.  I'd make it the host/hostess responsibility.  It obviously needed to be done.  Not sit there the whole time we were there, dirty.  SAD!

I definitely agree with the "family grill" expression. Staff are always nice, food is great and the overall feeling very friendly. We tend to go more and more with focus on the mouthwatering appetizers and then see if there's any room left for main course...
