More staff than customers yet surprisingly incapable of providing a good experience. Took an hour to get food. Servers and managers need to work on sense of urgency. 3 out of 7 adult entrees were wrong. Managers trying but too much going wrong. The staff is nice. The reinvestment on Boca Chica is great. The experience was bad.

Karaoke Night is so much fun. Service was friendly and attentive. Hours go late into the morning, about 2am. Alcoholic selection is very broad. Gil Boyz Ent. provided the karaoke. Humongous selection, over 300 pages worth of tracks. Very impressive. I'll definitely be back for most Tuesday's at this Applebee's.

The food took a while to get served and when it was served it was already cool. We havent even finished eating and the server brought out the checks for us without even asking us. I just felt rushed. The wings were horrible just too much fat on them and not enough chicken. The brownie bite was just not good. It could have been better.

Went with the family for a late Saturday dinner. When we arrived there was no one to greet us in. When we were finally greeted by what ended up being the hostess, waitress and server! Poor lady seemed like she was a "one man show" doing everything, whlie the rest of the staff were huddled in the back talking and laughing. Our waitress had to walk away from us 3 times while we were trying to place our order. She had to attend to incidents happening with upset customers not getting attended and people spilling food at the entrance. There was a huge feeling of chaos and lack of Management direction. The food was okay,....when we finally got it.

This place sucks!!!!! It's a no wonder they closed down in the first place...... Went to eat on a slow Wednesday night some simple fries, wings and beers. Took 50 minutes to get wings, almost 20 minutes to get served the beers and it was just past an hour into our visit and we still hadn't gotten our fries. Two guys say at the bar, ordered two beers, wings and fries and they got their order served in less than twenty minutes........ I was pissed and asked to speak to management in which I told them I wished to pray for whatever they served is because we were leaving. Management advised us it was OK that it would be on the house. Food, service SUCKED!!!!!! Big time......
