Great stop for a late dinner. Haven't been in years because I didn't like the food or service. Pleasant atmosphere. Server was very bubbly, informative, attentive and accommodating. The 2 for $20 and $25 menu had a nice variety of options to choose from. The ribs were moist and tender, not too sweet, with just the right amount of tang. The garlicky green beans were cooked perfect- crispy, tender and juicy. The Oriental stir fry was moist and flavorful with lots of tender, juicy vegetables and chicken. I will go back and, next trip, plan to have the bourbon street chicken and shrimp.

Service was excellent and food was great. Only exception was the fried appetizer we had was cooked in old grease. Told server and she made things right. Restrooms were immaculate and restaurant was clean and orderly. We were there at 2:30 in the afternoon. Definitely a keeper@

The first issue we ran into during the course of our meal was that our server forgot a few things here and there and one of our apps didn’t come out until after we had already finished our entrees. However, the real issue with our meal was that the bourbon street chicken and shrimp we ordered was absolutely terrible. The chicken was charred, there was literally three shrimp on the plate, and a minuscule amount of potatoes. Having payed $15 for this entree, we were obviously not pleased with the way it turned out. When we brought up this issue to our server she could only apologize and offered no recourse whatsoever. We then asked to speak to a manager to express our discontent with the situation. The manager came over to our table in a huff and acted as if she didn’t have time to deal with us. She was extremely rude to my family and I insisting that there was nothing wrong with the food basically telling us that we had to just deal with it. After treating us like garbage, she abruptly stormed off leaving us in shock and awe. As a paying customer, I have never been treated so poorly by someone with a managerial position in my entire life. The complete lack of customer service put on display by the staff and manager was absolutely disgusting and I am seriously considering crossing Applebee’s off my list of potential restaurants for a night out.

Everything about my experience was bad! It took over 20 minutes just to get our drinks and they wrong! Yes the drinks were wrong. I knew that was going to be the start to an eventful evening. The waiter was very rude and actually argued with us about fixing the drinks! Took another 40 minutes to get our food and half of that was wrong! When the manager walked by we stopped him and explained how we were treated. He proceeded to tell us that the waiter was hired as a favor but how horrible he is and how he's about to get fired! What manager would talk down about an employee to a customer?! I would never even consider returning here.

We sat there for 20 min. With out being served and took them forever to get the food to us and my meal was cooked wrong
