Never have I had a bad experience at Applebee’s until now! I called to place a curbside pick up order and the girl who answered was very nice and took my order down even though she was off the clock…  he informed me that due to the fact that she walked she could not bring up my order to give me the total that would place me on a brief hold the bartender would be with me shortly. After waiting over 15 minutes on hold my phone died and I had to find my charger charge my phone and call back. When I did the gentleman who answered read my order back to me and said he would be right out. When he came outside he only had part of my order saying the kitchen did not see one the items and that it should only be a few minutes. He ran my card and finally showed up with the rest of my food. I signed the receipt and asked if I could please get an extra side of sauce... he said that he would be right back out with it. After sitting there waiting for over 10 minutes I finally had to ask another employee who was leaving for the night if they could possibly check on it for me. Thankfully she came right back outside with it. When I opened everything to start eating I was pissed!! They charged me $4.50 for 4 of the SMALLEST pieces of shrimp I have ever seen! Not only that, but the bowl of soup I ordered was BARELY filled halfway!! Overcharged and underserved... what a disappointment.

Okay, I came here because of the $1 Long Island Iced Tea promotion in December. Let me just say that this is the most amazing promotion that any chain restaurant could offer. There isn't even happy hour deals that come close to this. I was worried that by going into the bar to watch football with my wife and enjoy a handful of Long Island Iced Teas and eat a bunch of appetizers, but the waitress was going to grow tired of this. On the contrary, she actually encourage this and help us select some great Munchies to go with our Long Island Iced Teas. I haven't been in an Applebees in a long time but I will guarantee you that because of the great service and great deals and great food that I will be returning soon. Thank you Applebee's

Waited 10 minutes at a bar area table to even be acknowledged. Had to ask for silverware. Wait staff were surly at best, and seemed more interested in talking to each other than attentiveness to their guests. Food would have been better at a run down diner. I don't expect much from an Applebees, but even this was disappointing.

It was very crowded as expected on a weekend but, we were seated after just a short wait.  The waitress was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu.  All in all we were pleased and the bonus was being able to linger a bit over the meal and not get rushed out the door.

Great all you can eat riblets and chicken meals.  Clean restrooms and wonderful service. Recommend this place to everyone looking for great food and good value.
