Had a great time with my husband. We enjoyed the food, food was on point. Customer Service? Outstanding! We were very satisfied with our waiter, he was very kind. I would recommend anyone coming to this Applebee's. I've been to other Applebee's before, but I was very unhappy with them. This one made me want to return. :)

Place was not busy. Sat at the bar ordered a drink. Wanted to order food at the bar. Guess the workers and even management gave zero concern about anyone not ordering a drink. I did not even finish my drink. Too much to complain about. Loose hair on the menu . Just no , will not return. If I could put negative stars I would.

We just came from there. My wife an I had the 3 cheese posta with grilled chicken an it was great. The service was great. We really enjoyed the evening out. Thanks to Applebee's.

The food and service was good but my waiter Jeffery was absolutely awful. He made fun of the pronunciation of the people from the group I was part of and was overall a rude person. After I sent a $20 bill to pay for my food I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get my money back after telling two waiters I had not yet received change. I finally asked the hostess about it and she ran to find Jeffery. With a pile of bills in his hand he curtly said "your order was $17, right?" I answered back that it was $12 ($11.76 actually) and he said "wait, what did you order?" I answered back and he said "okay so you get $7 back." No. I actually should've gotten $8.24 back and he shouldn't have gotten a tip. So if you want to go here, basically just ask for anyone but Jeffery as your waiter.

Applebees has gone downhill. Atmosphere is very drab and depressing. The menu is Ehhh.
