After my last experience a year ago I told myself if never go back. But was forced to go with coworkers. And the place has done a 180. Very nice staff . Friendly. And most important clean. And food was hot and very good. Very surprised.  Maybe I'll go back more often now

Waitresses behavior was inexcusable!
Chewing a huge wad of gum and loudly popping bubbles, along with her sloppy disheveled hair and uniform. Was intent on blaming her terrible service (waited way too long for our drinks and for her to return to take our order) on the fact that, "one of the managers was just fired for theft"! 
She kept trying to gossip to us about this manager every time she came to our table, using this as an excuse for the restaurant not having any broccoli, cold soup, wilted salad and empty condiment bottles! 
I finally had to tell her " we really don't want to know anymore about how terrible your job is and your language is extremely inappropriate for me and my granddaughter!"
When she finally delivered our food, she practically threw it on the table!

To be honest I go to many restaurants and I can't say Applebees is one of the good ones. Its one of those restaurants you go to when you are too high or too drunk to go to higher quality restaurant.

Waitress not the best. Some of the food was cold. Service overall lacked although waitress tried to be kind. Very slow service as well and the dinning room was mostly empty. Food that was warm was good.

My daughter and I live in different states and on the occasions we get together we always go to Applebee's for yummy food and our favorite dessert, Pecan Blondie.
