I've had some great experiences and some downright horrible experiences caw caw. The service you get is a roll of the dice caw caw. Most people with any decent personality tend to not stay long at all. 

Food has always been good caw caw! Never been disappointed with the food or the amount of time it takes caw caw. It's the "front of the house" is what needs major TLC. 

I will always return as it's close to work and home, will adjust review if improved caw caw.

We were seated, and after 25 minutes of no one ever coming to acknowledge us, I went and spoke to a manager. About 5 minutes later we finally got a waitress to come over. By now, 2 other tables that came after us were starting to eat their meals, and we still don't have drinks. I had to leave to take a state exam, and after waiting for 1 hour and 5 minutes, we still didn't get dinner. I left, leaving my dinner to be brought home in a take out box. My husband order a burger that was supposed to be dressed, they forgot that part. The manager did come over and offer dessert, but the remaining people in my party had had enough waiting and wanted to just be done. 
Now I am over tired, and hungry and will eat my cold left overs that I paid good money for tomorrow. 
Yep, unless you have more patience than me, don't bother.

Update 5 days later. Received an email the day after posting that I would be called. Still waiting on that too.

The food and service could of been better. The ribs were over cooked and the waitress wasn't there - she took a break.

Horrible food quality for the price. Soggy and cold food with overpriced drinks. Could have gone to a much better quality restaurant for the $50 Bill that we paid. Soggy bun soaked in butter with my burger, and soggy bread on top of my French onion soup. Do not recommend.

quick, good value, good service.   Applebees consistently in all I have visited have dirty and under stocked restrooms.  I tend to only visit when I have forgotten my last experience.  I had the caprese meal which was gross due to tomatoes and mozzerala being soggy over warm potatoes. It was just a poor choice as most of the other things I have tried are decent value food.
