This Applebee's is so sad and pathetic. I mean not only was I waiting for my appetizer for half an hour on a non busy afternoon but some of the employees were saying racist slurs to to other employees in a very loud manner! My food was watery and I had to get my drink fixed 4 times, also my waiter was rude and had a nasty attitude. I didn't feel comfortable here at all.

Our family (100+) Come here and dine evening after one of our events at the crown plaza in claymont. (Family is JWs and meh! :3) All of us would be there for dinner. EVERY YEAR! And did I mention Mackenzie there is a Manager now I believe, but before she was our waitress and I can't tell you how TERRIFIC SHE WAS!! She was so nice, and we got to know her a lot now, so I will come here for the rest of my life with my family and friends!

Server Tara was he absolute best.. Mr.  Moe manager on duty... Good guy. Relaxed atmosphere.. Better than all my prior visits

Really poor service. Wifey and I waited at our table for about 20 minutes. Never saw a waitress or even got a menu. I finally asked a waitress for service as she walked by our table to BS with the customer at the next table. She managed to turn her back to me as I spoke.  We finally left, I commented to the hostess that we were leaving due to lack of service and she simply said "thats OK".

Our waitress, Mickensie not sure how to spell name, was phenomenal. Very personal and a busy body. She made it all worth it even more than the wonderful steak.
