We met my sister from Indianapolis here.  We're from Louisville area.  We had a party of 7 for my dad's birthday on a Sunday afternoon at 130.  We we're quoted a 15 minute wait...  35 minutes later, we got seated at a 6 person booth...  Our drink and appetizer order was taken right away however it took about 10+ minutes to actually get our drinks and even longer for the apps... Once we finally got our food, over an hour from our arrival time later, it was all surprisingly very good.  Our waitress was super nice but not as attentive as expected.  Mainly our wait time for everything is reasoning for only 2 stars.  The restaurant was pretty much empty I might add and it still took forever...

This place has deteriorated so much in the past couple of years! The last two times we have been there, the service was poor and the food was terrible. We no longer eat there because it is just not good.

Worst ever. I ordered the unlimited riblets. They brought about 4 1/2 which equals about 4 to 5 ounces of meat. So I request a refill. This took about 25 minutes for again about 5 minutes of eating again. The waitress asked if I wanted a refill. I said yes not realizing it would be another 25 to 30 minutes, which it was.  The point being if the meal is unlimited then it should not be a new order with new order wait time each refill, there should be a streamlined process in place.

Service was a little slow... Sweet Tea was awesome....  Food wasn't as good this time around. A portion of it was cold.

They was slow but still had to for everything . . Only time the waitress came to the table was to bring us our stuff which she messed up on 1 and forgot 2 other things.. then she was complaining to another table about how the table that just left didn't tip her.. very bad service!!.. Won't be going back there!!!!
