The last time we ate there, the service was slow, and the music was so loud, we couldn't hear each other. We asked to have the music turned down and we're told it wouldn't be, because the people around the bar wanted it loud. Last night we decided to give it another try, after several months of avoiding the place. It was very busy, but the wait was short, the hostess was very nice, and the waitress was awesome. But the food was terrible, barely warm, the music was deafening, and the drunks at the bar were even louder. If I want this environment again, I'll just go to a bar and eat a greasy burger. Giving a single start is over rating.

If you are looking for good food at a good value stick to the basic burgers or salads. Or go somewhere else. I enjoy a good steak meal, but from now on I will not order steak and probably not chicken meals at Applebee's. The steaks are poor quality, cooked too long and are cold before they get to your table. They only serve sirloins which are tough to begin with and then cooked until they are dry and even tougher. The largest steak meal is a 12 ounce sirloin for $18.49. For about the same price you can get a steak meal at a real steakhouse that is tastier and something you will order again. I'll go back to Applebee's in the future, but only to please my wife and will only order a plain burger. They can't screw up a burger, can they? I could go on, but what's the use?

Had paper in my steak. They offered to recook, and when they brought out he new one it was cooked wrong ... oh and they forgot my sides. Asked for steak sauce and did not receive it Until meal was gone. Manager came and told me they would take 10$ off my 25$ meal.... get the bill and it’s 21??? They can’t do anything right

I took my daughter's to Applebee's yesterday around 1:30pm and we had the best time/experience! I finally had enough of everyone on their phones, so we put them down and played games on the table device. It really opened up dialogue and brightened our moods and experience. We laughed so hard! The virtual jukebox is another win because we got to play music we wanted to listen to. We'll definitely be back more often!
