Of the Applebee's locations that I have been to, this was far and above the nicest. Go in with the knowledge that this is a step up from fast food, but still a chain restaurant that specializes in quick food. For how small the footprint is, there is a surprisingly large amount of seating, but it isn't cramped.  The night we went was a game night for the Huskers, so there were a ton of people in enjoying the game on the TVs. The crowd was lively, but in no way rowdy; our dining experience was not negatively impacted in any way.
The food was good and the portions were just right. Our server was very attentive, and made sure to check back after we had gotten our food to take care of refills. The seating host was polite and prompt in acknowledging us, even though he was busy getting other people seated. Overall, the staff and food were 5/5, even on a very busy night.

Food was horrible, and we waited 30+ minutes for it to even show up. I sent back our silverware because all of it was gross and had some sort of soap residue. I got the Quesadilla Cheeseburger and my meat was so chewy I ended up eating just my fries. My 11yo got the chicken tenders and he complained that they too we're very dry and chewy.

There are only 2 reasons I am even giving a 1 star on this rating. 1) Our server was the only pleasant part of the whole the experience. And 2) Google requires at least one star.

Never again will we eat here.

Good service very busy. Food was fine. Beer very cold🍻👍. The music was to darn load. So load you couldn't have a descent conversation with the people you were there with. #turnthemusicdown.✌👍

On a roadtrip & all we wanted was a good meal in comfort, which is why we chose Applebees.  However, when we walked in, I asked the waitress if we could have the big round booth.She said we only have one & brought us to a reg. booth.I said I thought we'd be too cramped with 3 adults & 3 children ages 10,11&13!-she replied "this booth seats 6"- when we sat down,there was no room for our coats & my purse,  we could barely move & I knew it was going to be a nightmare when our food came, so I asked for the manager, who moved us to the big booth & switched our waitress, who was wonderful & our food was delicious. I had steak, garlic green beans, salad with bleu cheese dressing & a margarita. It was wonderful, but my drink wasn't served in a margarita glass, but in a tall glass instead. By the way, there were only 4 people in the restaurant, so the booth never should've been an issue.

This restaurant makes me sad. I used to work at this location back when the hotel it is in switched to a Holiday Inn. I was one of the first servers when the restaurant "Manny's" opened. Back then we didn't have a hostess, we normally had 3-4 servers on staff per shift and we ran it like clockwork. Tonight we walked in with a party of 6 including an elderly man in a wheelchair. Its been 11 months since we were here before because back then the service was so poor we vowed not to come back. Shame on us. The first hostess asked how many in our party then got caught off guard by a group of her friends wanting to chat with her so we waiting around 5 mins while she caught up with her friends until someone else came over to seat us. The solution to a 6 top with one in a wheelchair? They attempted to seat us at a booth that normally seats 4 people and put the wheelchair at the end in the walkway. Brilliant. After pointing out the hazard and inconvenience to the person seating us they agreed to open up an empty section so we could sit at a table with enough room for us all. Well, you know what happens when you sit in a previously closed section of a restaurant? Your server easily forgets you exist. Our food orders were inaccurate and 3 people were served first, then about 10 mins later 2 more dishes came out, then finally my husbands dish came out And the steak with parmesan and shrimp was not even warmed up enough to melt the parmesan And the mashed potatoes were so cold it felt as if they had just come out of the refrigerator. When I was a server at this location we did everything from seating guests to taking orders, delivering drinks and food in a timely manner, clearing dishes, cashing out and bussing our own tables. Tonight, our server took our orders, delivered 1 of the meals out of 6 and 2 appetizers and a few rounds of drinks, asked if everything was OK and took away my husbands dish after he refused it due to quality and charged our credit card. We are normally generous tippers so we tipped anyway, but I really wonder what for. I certainly hope she splits the tip with the other male server who happened to walk by and we asked for more drinks and he ended up doing most of her work.
