We were seated immediately by a friendly young lady. Our sever was Mike and he was quick to get our drinks. He gave us enough time to review the menu and was there when we were ready to order with a smile. Sadly they don't have Dr. Pepper, but he made up for it by saving us a little $$$ by telling us about the happy hour specials. The music was an ok volume and was trendy. The restaurant was genuinely clean.

The staff here is exceptional! Every week we’d have a huge group of people come in and eat late on a weeknight, and the staff moved tables, memorized our orders, were so friendly... I’ve got great experiences here. Well done Applebee’s

Sydney gave us amazing service. I literally saw the staff looking for dirt/food/kid stuff under tables with a spot light. It was funny looking but I appreciated the attention to detail. 

Food is as expected for a chain. Good, fresh and prompt.

We came for apps at 9:15pm on a Thursday night. Sections were apparently down to 2, so the servers are scant and busy. The hostess got us both menu's and silverware and we continued to sit dumbfounded as we weren't greeted within 12 minutes. The server that was in our section was doing checks for a large table, and said he would return to us for a drink order one time (at minute 5) and then never returned. Something management, another server, a bartender, anyone should have caught. It's easy to ask for help and also easy to lose customers when you don't attend to them. Never again.

My dinner got to the table cold.   Was tasty,  but shouldn't have been cold. Also my hot fudge sundae shot was  $3 and only a trace of fudge.  It was more like a scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream. I  could have that at home.  Not worth the money.
