We did carry out and while our order was correct,  sure didn't look like the same dish I have eaten in the  restaurant.  We were disappointed with food( quality and quantity ) also with the 40 minute wait ( was between lunch and  dinner  so not a busy time )

The worst place to order real Applebee’s signature food .. bartender Sara has the worst attitude  towards customers including myself.. if I can putt no stars I will gladly do it .. for the record avoid this place at all cost !!
I also need to bring to everyone’s attention the kitchen manager completed the night with the most unprofessional experience. !!
Hope the owners of this location will try to save theirs restaurant from this management and team .. 10/17/2017  10 pm

Let me start this off with I dont care for applebees nor do I like the food. However I know what I get when I come to one. The service at this applebees is why im loyal. I travel a lot, ive been to a lot of different applebees and this one is head and shoulders above all of them.

Service was horrible we sat at the bar took like 20 minutes to even get our drinks. This male bartender took our orders we received our food no napkins no silverware.Then he try to tell us to go stay at a crack den across the street says"every hotel is full and the only  option is the crack den across the street" he lied of course lol. I love applebees but this guy needs to be fired.

Service was HORRIBLE!! I came in and not one person acknowledged us. Sat there like 20 mins. Figured it was a self serve Applebees. Seated ourselves. Sat there for a waitress like 5 mins. So I paged a waiter from the kiosk on the table after 15 mins someone came. Then people started coming in and being greeted and seated immediately. We sat there for about 30 mins before we even got our drinks. I feel like they could have at least acknowledged us when we came in and waited, they could have acknowledged us when we seated ourselves, could have acknowledged us when we went back to the front to get our own menus, or acknowledged us when our call waiter light was on. It was just me and my two young daughters.  I will never eat here ever again. Customer service should be a top priority. Bc they really ruined dinner for me.
