Not the best apple bees I have been to but the food was good. It wasn't that busy. There were maybe 5 or 6 tables of customers and 3 to 5 waitresses. We didn't get silverware or plates even after getting appetizers. We grapes what we needed off a near by table. We didn't get food for 1/2 he after done with appetizers. There seemed to be a kitchen staff issue. Waitresses kept checking and said a few more minutes. My family usually loves Apple Bees. This was just ok.

Wifi receptiom was horrible and the service seemed to be racialy demonstrated

Not as good as it should be for the money you spend. Limited selection for specials . Steak was dry and over cooked. Server was very nice and tried to make everything right.

We went at a slow time of day.  The waitress was excellent.  She resolved issues with gracefulness.  This is one of the nicer places to take my family in New Castle.
