We go here often. Food isn't amazing, neither is the service but it's easy to get into. Tonight we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. We waited then a bus of French tourists showed up. We were seated before the bus but quickly found out by talking to other guests that they were not getting food cause the bus was priority. Many people couldn't even find their waiter to tell him to cancel their order. We finally left. I would hope they would take care of locals that wold come back but the tourists were priority, they won't come back, they don't live here. I won't be back either until it's a new restaurant.

My fiance and I stayed at the hotel next door. We came in for lunch and sat at the bar with I believe his name is Thomas, very nice guy. Thomas checked both of our IDs, like he's supposed to and then proceeded to serve us our alcoholic beverages and food. Later on that night we came back for dinner and again sat at the bar. I didn't get his name but the bartender working was a male with blonde hair. He asked for our IDs, again like he should and only gave my ID back, he held onto my France's ID to give to the manager to see if it was valid. The manager looked at the ID and told the bartender not to serve her. Her ID is a valid ID from New york, and although she still has the ID that is considered "paper", her ID doesn't expire until 2020 so why should she have to get a new one. New York only recently changed their IDs to plastic. I thought this was very unprofessional to deny her even though we had already been in the restaurant earlier that day with her valid ID. There was no checking the ID book to make sure it wasn't real and I know for a fact you guys hold one in the office. You guys should really know your IDs if your going to check them.

We were traveling through durango and decided to stop at Applebee's. We were greeter with a smile and very friendly young lady. Our waiter not so good. His name was Jeff he never came and asked if we needed our drinks refilled. Our pay at the table didn't work. We had to wait quite awhile for Jeff to stop visiting with his friends that had come in before we could get his attention. He finally came and gave us our ticket and took our payment. My feelings are that when you're at work your customers come before your friends. We're just asking for your consideration while we're at your restaurant.

The food was great. The waiters and waitresses we're awesome. Definitely would recommend this to my friends.

Decent food, a bit overpriced but acceptable.  The shift manager, during lunch 10/14/17, was kind of rude.
