On 9/2/17 @ approx 4 pm my husband and I walked out....for the last time!  The last few times we have been there the service was poor and food was mediocre.  We had decided to give the one more try.   The restaurant had only a few tables,  not busy at all.  We sat there for 10 minutes without ANYONE coming to the table to even get our drink order. So we left. Could understand it if they  were slammed, but they were very slow. WILL NOT WASTE OUR TIME AGAIN!

Great experience when we went there tonight for a family birthday event.  Food was very good, enjoyed our $1 margaritas and all staff were very attentive and helpful.  Will definitely recommend and plan future trips there.

I have come here many times but tonight was a disaster. It started when we asked for sweetner which only came after we ran out of water and had to ask. Then our appetizer was removed from the table before we finished. We ate what we had the chance to eat of the appetizer without a napkin as we were never offered one. Then when the entree came it set on the table for five minutes until we had to ask for silverware. On top of that the wife didn't get her Cesar salad and we had to ask for that also. I could not believe the incompetence. The manager Ashley tried to make it better but only made it worse by slamming down a plate down after we complained. I am completely disappointed. The managers attitude seemed confrontational instead of trying to make things better I probably won't come back.

I stopped here while visiting the state and we had Jacob as a server. He was very competent and accommodating. He checked on us frequently and went above and beyond by answering our questions about the area. Thanks Jacob! Have a great trip to NYC!

Waitress was terrific. Absolutely no complaints there. Food was good...but seat in booth was shot. When I sat down I sunk down almost past my knees. Very uncomfortable.
