Decided to try Applebee's because of the almost non-stop advertising of their $1 margaritas but when we sat down, our waiter pushed the Perfect Margarita ($9.00) and NEVER mentioned the $1 margarita (which now I'm learning may have been a blessing!).  We ordered chips and salsa and must have gotten the bottom of the bag...  most chips were not even big enough to dip.  I ordered the french onion soup.  The cheese was just barely melted and certainly not bubbly or brown on the edges and the bread underneath must have come from a loaf of sandwich bread from the grocery store.  It was soggy, disgusting and not the least bit toasted.  My husband did like his salad and liked the way his steak was cooked (the only reason for the two stars).  At the end of the meal when we went to pay (they have those little tablets on each table) the waiter was working the tablet and asked if a 20% tip was okay.  I mean, what are you going to say at that point? We felt like we were kind of pushed into the 20% tip.  Then he asked if we'd like to complete their survey so he could get a fee meal...  I politely declined and was thinking his 20% tip should take care of his dinner that night.   So basically, we spent like $85 for a pretty crappy meal and experience.  Won't be visiting Applebee's again anytime soon!

We always have great service and the food is fresh. The 2 for 20 is a good deal and so is Monday burger day (how do they do that!?) Happy hour is our favorite time to come for the great deals on apps, and their menu covers more bases for a picky eater. Recommend!

It was an awesome experience! They had a entertainer there, he was wonderful to see! He did magic tricks and made balloon animals, my daughter loved it and so did we. I wish the ones in Nebraska did this. Food was great and service was amazing!

I can only comment on the bartender, drinks, and atmosphere. We went on a Saturday night. It turns out that this is karaoke night, which turned out great! We really enjoyed hearing the different voices. The atmosphere was great! The bartender was very attentive and friendly. And the drinks for their happy hour were tasty, fairly priced and there was a great variety.

Our order took longer than expected. Our waitress, Jami, brought us complimentary chips and salsa and then, the manager, Brianna, came out to explain what was happening with our order. She apologized and then comped the entire meal!!! 
Excellent service with extraordinary, and suprising response from management. 
Will definitely be back!
