Was seated in an area with no a/c, didn't get fixed till we left. So we sat in the heat with free water. One order was forgotten, so one of us had to wait while the rest ate. They missed off the chips (french fries) for one of the children. The manager had poor customer service, wouldn't comp the bill, didn't seem to care or couldn't manage the situation. He becoming friendly with me when he realized that I was from overseas so he could divert from the issue. The only good sides was the food was decent and the the waiters who served us was professional all the way through and tried to remedy so that everyone was happy and apologized for the heat issue. Which should be the responsibility of the manager. I would go there again but not with that manager in charge.

As often as I have eaten at Applebees, this is my time at this location. I chose to sit at the bar so I could watch the ball game. The service is just what you would want. Simply excellent. Good food and the girls behind the bar were simply wonderful. Cudos to all.

Paul is a great server. Very friendly and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed our meal. The food was great. We will definitely be back!!!!!!

The two for One drink menu is limited. The steak had to be sent back 3 times!!! However, the Kitchen manager, Jason, did comp our entrees. This was not the first time I've had to resend my steak order. I just thought I would give them another chance. I felt really bad for the waitress, SHE WAS Excellent!! Thank you for great service, Bri!!

Worst food ever . Waitress didn’t give me all my money back and I asked for a grilled chicken sandwich they throw a brunt piece of chicken on a brunt bun
