This is the worst place to eat. The service was terrible, the cleanliness was terrible, everything about this place was terrible. I will never come back here. Stay away!

Worst service ever. Servers move extremely slow. Refills took forever, we actually went to the bar for more beverages. The food took a long time to come out, once it did you can tell it had sat under the heaters for a while as the buns for the burgers had gotten hard and I had ordered just dessert for my kids and the ice cream was half melted before it got to the table. The burgers were supposed to have bbq sauce and it didn't have enough to cover. The server was not attentive and quickly forgot any request we had, only brought 1 plate for an appetizer when there were 2 of us, and took about 5 minutes to retrieve more bbq sauce. I would give this location 0 stars if I could. Other tables around us had the same issues.

I don't get the bad reviews. I've been to this place plenty of times and never had bad service or food. Will continue to eat here!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm convinced that all AppleBee's establishments are pure trash. The waiters/waitresses: garbage. The atmosphere: garbage. The food: garbage. It could be completely deserted and it would take forever to get seated and get something simple like a water with a lemon.  I will never set foot in another AppleBee's. The Dumfries one isn't better. I was better off going to McDonald's where their service is better. Just terrible.

The staff is very prompt and friendly. They aren't overbearing during the meal. The food was amazing! It arrived at the table in a timely manner. The establishment is very clean!! Clean is a must!
