Finally got in to grab a few Dollaritas I was not disappointed at all. Our Server Tiffany was great and So was the food. Great lunch Date!

This isn't the best location for a chain restaurant. It's getting better little by little, but I'd rather drive up to the Street road store than go to this one. The people who work here are 90% people from the neighborhood, & lets face it, they don't hire the upper echelon of people when it comes to cooks. I'm a Port Richmond/Fishtown/Kensington alumni so I know a lot of people from the area that you could put into a scummy category. Well I've seen at least 3 cooks who I know I wouldn't trust. So I'm gonna drive 15 miles to the next location. Also, the smell coming out of the bathroom was so strong that we could smell it on the opposite side of the store. It was just a totally negative experience.

Giving this location 5 Stars because food was really good and even though they were short staffed it came out with in a reasonable time. But high light was our server Zane, kind, friendly and attentive to our needs even with it being so busy. Zane is Great

Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip and the chips were horrible. Did not find ONE whole chip on the entire plate. Let me mention I sat at the bar and it took 10 minutes to be acknowledged. So I place my order and when it came out everything looked fine with the exception of the Green beans that were spouse to have bacon on them. The garlic mashed potatoes tasted like a burnt pan and were horrible. The 12oz Sirloin, not a good cut. Then sitting around waiting to pay my bill I was asked if I wanted a beverage and I said no. Sat and waited 45 min to finally be asked if I needed something. Um yeah. My bill would be great. Then takes 10 more mins to process the payment and gave me a broke pen to sign with. 1 major thing that was eating at me was texting was more important than a paying customer. ***PS*** I worked in this type of business and as a matter of fact I worked at Applebees on Roosevelt Blvd in Philadelphia so I can relate to this work lifestyle so I do allow alot of leadway before I get to this level. Rant over

It was awesome but the food I requested my burger well-done and it was raw so I had a problem with that I should have that taken off the bill but I didn't... was not happy about that.
