The food at every applebees is practically the same quality. So, it's really the quality of service that sets the restaurants apart. Sadly, from my experiences, this location hasn't been holding service to a high enough level. Really, it's just inconsistent. One hour you'll get your food fast and fresh and the next you could be waiting a while. Sometimes you're greeted very quickly and other times you stand there for what seems like 5 minutes. I'll submit a new review when I notice a different atmosphere. As of now it's just OK.

I did come in 4 minutes before closing but that isn't an excuse for slower/worse service. Waiter served drinks quickly but did not come back to get our food order. Food was decent and the peicws aren't terrible. The 2 for 25 has very good value. Overall fine.

Made out sandwich a little to raw.  But they corrected the issue and gave us a credit.  Awesome service.  Very professional.

This is the most impressive applebees facility I have experienced to date. The demographic of the location brings an almost unmanageable customer base. Yet, they are able to produce a quality of service that is very rare in the customer service industry. 5stars.

This is one of the better Applebee's I have been to. Most of the workers are friendly and the service is pretty fast. Can be a bit unprofessional at times, but all in good fun. Overall solid place to dine out.
