I placed a online order where I ordered 2 burgers 1chicken/1beef and fries came with the dinner my order was called to pick up 4:45 when I got there I had to wait till 5:05 because they had to locate my order because the manger whom had taken my order didn't place a name. I got home where I reside 2min down the road and my food was cold as if it had been sitting for hours,  my fiancee called and spoke with a manager she told her if she brought it back she'll warm it up.  WAIT  WAIT WAIT WAIT A MINUTE WHAT THE F*** DO YOU MEAN WARM IT UP. Then she corrected herself well make another order SO NO IN TO QUESTION IS THAT WHY THE SANITATION GRADE A 85.

This location was worse than a usual Applebee's. Went once and have avoided ever since. Food and service weren't very good.

The service was okay at best. My food was not anything special and my supposed frozen lemonade wasn't even mixed in the glass. It appeared to have been sitting pre-made.

We had lunch here after church. The dining room is fairly updated, there were plenty of new menu items that caught my eye, and the kids always love those iPads they have on the tables. The 2 for 20 menu is still alive and well here at Applebee's even though other national restaurant chains have gone away from it. It definitely is great bang for your buck. The new caprese chicken and mashed potatoes is particularly outstanding.
