Service was bad from the get go. It used to be that you were greeted as soon as you walk in the door... now you can't even get anyone to wait on you and when they finally decide who has to help you they agree that the food has gone to hell, too.  
Food was terrible. I used to love their chips and salsa. They are doing something different because I didn't even like it.  
My dates food, salmon and shrimp, which he chose after the hostess said "Only the shrimp is good here" was mediocre at best. He said he'd had better fish at the hospital cafeteria. 
The only thing that was good was the chocolate cake and ice cream. I would highly recommend that.
However, I don't think it's worth even walking through the door to get it.

Our server Allen was so attentive and friendly. The food was amazing...steak, shrimp, appetizers and the dessert! Yummy! Then a visit with the manager Fernando made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. My daughter said it was the best dining out experience she ever had. Thanks guys, we'll be back.

Server was good. Food had pretty good taste, just found fly away hair in wife's chicken plate. The manager was very understanding.  Slow tonight.  Good chance for personalized service. Very clean inside.

My friends and I went in for to go orders and Michaela was so nice and polite and helpful! Much better than the other Applebees we've been to!

The food is great and the service was amazing! I recommend getting the riblets, they are very tasty! The server was very friendly and was attending to all of our needs.
The only gripe I have is the automated checkout devices have kids games in them and there are no additional approvals needed for anyone to charge $1.99 to play a game. My daughter charged it the second she got her hands on it. Some kind of parent approval would be much appreciated.
