I absolutely love their online ordering system. I can order from home and my food is ready in 15 minutes. I get it hot and it's packaged to keep the food warm. Dining in is also a fun option. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The staff are all nice and never ignore you. The bartenders are knowledgeable and friendly as well.

our waiter was not cut out to be a waiter and never refilled our drinks or asked if we needed anything that was obvious like steak sauce with steak. You CANNOT get baked potatoes for lunch even if you order steak . no baked potatoes before 4pm. The hostess was way more helpful than our waiter..Nothing to write home about. i wish i went to culvers instead.

First off, this is Applebee's.  You can't expect the meal to be something you think of on your deathbed.

As far Applebee's is concerned, this one was as good as you can expect.  Waitress was friendly and accurate.  The food came faster than I expected and the drinks were never empty.

I was in town for dinner with family this weekend, and I had a marvelous experience -- the food was wonder and the staff extremely attentive.  The manager even came out to check on the tables; which really made a good impression on us.  

I know people often only write reviews when they have a negative experience, but I just wanted to shine the light on a wonder restaurant.
