I stopped by my local Applebee's for their tacos and spinach dip. However, they had a special so I opted for blackened salmon & double crunch shrimp with mashed potatoes and broccoli. I had a strawberry margarita a with sugar rim. The manager Jayden  I believe gave me a free dessert as I mentioned the mashed potatoes appeared to be overcooked due to its thin consistency.  However, it was edible yet just a noticeable difference. The meal, drink, dessert and service were good. While I don't frequent Applebee's, I'll surely stop by again.

The steak here is extra small, I asked for my steak medium it came out well done. I did not send it back because I did not want them to throw it in the trash. It wasn't that bad just not what I asked for. My 8oz looked like a 3 oz steak. Mash Potatoes was good The price was to much for a small steak and two small sides. The service was ok This is a good place for drinks and appetizers.

I was expecting a real good Ribye medium rare but i got a well done cut. Also a Ginger dry and had no soda and it was like tasteless The appetizers , Boneless Wings, it was good.Food: 4/5

Celebrating  my friends birthday. I was so excited the crew came and sang a birthday song. Omg that was surprising!!!. I loved it.Food: 5/5

The food was nice but the service was awful .  The hostess who seated us took us to a table in the back. Since it was early and very few people in the restaurant, we asked if we could sit by the window.  She said, "Yer, go seat yourselves." So we picked up our menus and found a booth by the windows. After we ate, I then ordered a dessert to go. The waitress, Shamira, took my order and had me to pay.  We sat & waited for the dessert to come for about 15 minutes.  When it didn't come, we finally spoke to another waiter and found out that Shamira left the restaurant. We finally received our order. I like Applebee's but I will never return to this particular Applebee's again.

A person goes to Applebee's you know what to expect food and drink wise what separates them is the customer service and the attitude of the staff.  As a person I try to be understanding in that they are working especially at the bar so taking that into account for an after work drink this place doesn't disappoint it can get busy but that's the area. I like it here and you can't go wrong with a mucho l.i.t. just wish it had a lil less ice.

I was so hungry went with my daughter to get takeout ordered MW steaks when I got home the steaks were raw 100% rare….. called next day to let them know not professional at all no one not staff not manager named amadou did not want to give refund l literally threw our food in the garbage so disappointed been going there for a while but will never go again down to the staff members especially Jessica horrible customer service and now the food is horrible will never go there again

Clean, organized and welll decorated. Simple layout, and all the usual elements you find at most applebees. Food was consistently good,  and speed was reasonavle. I found the service to be the weak link. There was no friendly smile,  greetings and we did not feel very welcomed. This is probably a training issue, as the wait staff seemed to know what they were doing.  All in all, service can, and should improve... the food will consistently be good.

I went by this location in FORDHAM PLAZA for a Beer.I go in the Bar is Dirty there was a customer who actually moved all the debris cuz he saw me coming to sit down. The bartender never acknowledged me, it took me 15 minutes to get a Beer. After 15 the bartender tells me I'm going to clean this area for you right now. It never happened. The manager walk by many times, somehow this was oblivious to him.The Happy Hour prices are Great but the Service is Terrible.

This particular location is pretty big and it is a duplex with a Bar on the main floor, a Mini Bar up on the second and outdoor seating so when the season or weather is right. The place is clean, organized, and is decorated with lots of Bronx History and Sports memorbilia with TVs covering every sports channels along the walls but I noticed recently a few booths had their upholsteries torned, ripped, and taped up in some areas. I hope they get it fixed up. The service here is good, the waiters and waitresses are on point and very tentive to meet your wants and needs with a positive attitude. Food arrives at a fairly quick time, and food and drinks have been great with every visit so far. No complaints there. This locations does not have its own parking lot, the restrokms are roomy and clean, they also do take outs. I have visited this location several times and will continue to visit this location as it is one of the best in the Bronx. Thanks and Enjoy.
