Bought a demo and got a great price.  Friendly, down to earth dealership.  No pressure salesmen.  Only issue is I scheduled the car pick up and paperwork for the following day that I looked at the car and waited for about an hour after my scheduled time to finalize paperwork and the car still needed an oil change.  I had to come in the next day for the oil change because it was after the service center employees left for the day.  A little inconvenient, but still good folks to deal with and probably come back in a few years when the wife needs a new car.

Paid for oil change and tire rotation
Second time I noticed that tires were being rotated per owners manual. I confronted service.manager and noted my concerns and if the rotation procedure was update/ revised by manufacturers.
The service manager said process varied by application and I asked why procedure would vary by application and criteria of rotating front to back and back to front. The service manager then stated it depends on owners manual. I then replied that owners manual depicted front ot oppoaite rear and then rear to front. The service manager then walked away from me and never responded or answered my concerns. Vehicle has less than 32,000 miles and tires are showing extreme wear for miles on vehicle. The tire rotation process being done by dealership is not to specified manufactures owner manual. I have always had great service from this dealership and have gone out of my way to speak highly of this dealership and help to grow their customer base. NEVER AGAIN AND REALLY RETHINKING THE ENTIRE ' GM EXPERIENCE'.

Service team is knowledgeable and experienced. Final costs always match the invoice so you know exactly what you need to get the repair done.

I was very pleased with the selection of vehicles.  The sales person did not pressure me in any way.  Most impressive was when a sales person recognized me even though I had not been there for 7+ years.  I will ALWAYS buy my future vehicles from Applegate Chevrolet.
