We have been customers for a few years now and not a single bad experience. The young ladies who take our call and schedule our service are friendly, personable and quickly get us on the schedule. When the service technicians arrive they are always respectful, have the necessary equipment to do the inspections/repair and get the system ready for the upcoming season. 
So when it we were having issues with our furnace and A/C it was a no brainer to call. We were seen that day - no emergency call out charge! - and after inspecting the entire system Jerry (the technician) was able to explain everything that he saw which pretty much confirmed our suspicions - our system could no longer survive on life support. Jerry sat with us going through several different options before he worked up a three different systems and costs. Once we made the decision Jerry worked with the install manager (Dave) to come out confirm all his measurements and put us on the schedule immediately. 
Day of the install Dillan and Cory showed up on time and walked us through everything that needed to be done. These two young men are awesome! These two young men took their time with the install, making sure I understood everything that was happening along the way.  Once the install was completed they walked us through all the features of the new Carrier system and smart thermostats.  
This whole experience has only reconfirmed what I already knew - Appleton Campbell customer service is top-notch!

Customer service does not get any better than with this company. Not only was their work top-notch but the workers who came out to our home were unbelievable to say the least. From the initial inspection to the work they did yesterday I'm not able to find words to say how fantastic this company is. They were on time professional and the best part is we have a 6 year old neighbor who is a boy through and through and loves everything about construction. He was here for almost 6 hours helping the guys with his own little tools had lunch with them and they talked to him all day and included him in their work. They even went as far as to lay some safe tools out in the grass that they didn't need to use and pretended that they needed to use them so he could help them. We've had several people come out and do work on our home and they can't be bothered with kids at all.  This company is different you would have thought my brothers were over here hanging out working instead of complete strangers. My little buddy next door had the best day of his life yesterday and it was due to how great these guys were with him. Five stars is not enough for the service and the kindness that this company has to offer.

I started using Appleton Campbell for one reason, Stacey Woodward. Stacey  has worked at my house for nearly 20 years and I trust him completely. I couldn't locate him for a while but when I did, I made the decision to use Appleton Campbell for my boiler, a/c, plumbing,  and electrical. I have been so happy with the services provided from the first call to the office to every technician who has ever worked at my house including Scott! 

They absolutely provide 5 star service and I recommend them to everybody who asks me for a referral. They are courteous, professional and diligent about follow-up. If they tell you they will do something, they do it. They always clean up so that you would never know they were there working and do a beautiful job of every install. I have had so many of their technicians at my house that I didn't list them all but they are very well trained in customer service.

I can't say enough good things about Appleton Campbell. You will not be disappointed.

Have used A.C. for several years, new furnace, hot water, new faucet, electrical, new generator and they did a great job on all.  Bill was out today for yearly furnace maintenance and another good job.  Nice guy.

I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I felt it was the right thing to do.  I have used the services of Appleton Campbell now for several  years and there nothing bad to say….only great things.  Renee Davis has been exceptional in getting the right service people out to my house for the correct job.  A big shout out to all the service guys that have come out to work on my electrical, plumbing and heating and air-conditioning.  The thing I like best is they give you one…yes one…price for a job and that is what you pay no matter how many hours it takes.  They aren’t the typical service company that comes in and tries to sell you upgrades or added equipment you don’t need or can afford.  However, they will recommend and explain other products but there is no pressure whatsoever to buy.  One of the best products that was recommend and I eventually purchased was the air scrubber.  I suffer from year round allergies and this has made such a huge difference in sleeping and breathing. When I finally decided I needed this product again Renee was so helpful….she had the serviceman bring 2 different types so he could explain both and be install the same day; this way I didn’t have to take another day off work (big plus!!!!).  I have purchased their maintenance agreement and I get a call every 6 months to have my systems checked…this way if there is a potential issue then it can be caught before a bigger and more costly repair is needed.  A big thank you to Appleton Campbell for providing such great service!
