Amy is great, suggested possible solutions to my dryer problem and looked for cross references to come up with the least expensive solution. Very knowledgeable!!!
If you need Service, Bob is your guy. Very honest. You just don't find people like Amy and Bob!!!  Great People!

I needed a thermal fuse for a Samsung dryer. Amy was the best, she even showed me how to reset the old one.  It was damaged and too far gone to reset, so I just bought a new one.  They had it in stock and ready to go at a price better than Amazon.  She even explained how to keep the part lasting longer keep The duct clear.  The duct was actually crushed.  Excellent service, highly recommended.

Ms Amy is the best.  Everything from helping me out with payment to waiting after hours because I was stuck and needed a part. She ALWAYS does her best and her best is the best!!!
