I was about to finish the whole laundry when I noticed that my dryer wasn’t working properly. As I lifted my clothes after spinning, my clothes were still soaked in a soapy bath. I asked for assistance from Appliance Repair Long Branch when I saw that the floor of my freezer was a sheet of ice at the bottom. One of their technicians came and diagnosed the problem. It turned out that the freezer defrost drain tube was at fault and has to be replaced because it has worn out. Gladly he has the spare part immediately available so the repair was done on the spot!

The dishes were still dirty after a full cycle on the dishwasher and it bothered me so I called Appliance Repair Long Branch for help. The technician found out that the spray arms were broken. I saw his commitment to finish the dishwasher repair as soon as possible. Two thumbs up for this amazing appliance service company!!
