Very courteous and caring hygenist and dentist. I feel very comfortable here for my routine cleaning and check up. Been going here for like 12 years. Took my daughters there also for braces and that the orthodontist back then did an amazing job.

I originally did not understand the bad reviews. My first appt. last week was great however today at my second appt. I see where the bad reviews are warranted. I was just told at this appt. That laughing gas (nitrous oxide) is not covered and will run me between $35 (regular dentist) to $50 (specialist) for the first half hour ( then you pay the rate every 15 mins after). I don't get that....same gas administered the same way probably by an assistant not the actual specialist cost $15 more??? They claim it's not covered by insurance but I know it's covered because I have gotten it with every dentist I've been to in the last 5-6 years. I called insurance and they said it is a covered item but the dentist has to put in for it ( which I know means it's not automatically an approval) but the office didn't even put in for it but are quick to charge me... Money hungry?? Lazy? Their reimbursement from insurance is probably much less than what they can charge me. They should change their name because I can tell you they do not cater to apprehensive patients if the only way to alleviate your anxiety is to charge you for it. I will only touch on how rude the front desk lady is when you have questions. She actually would not look at me when I was asking questions ( like what was the reason behind the price difference for the gas if it is the same type of gas). I thought that was a legitimate question asked respectfully but she could not look at me and all she said was "different fee schedule" but since I too have experience with billing and insurances I knew that answer was a cop out.  So long story short I won't be going back after my appt tomorrow (I don't want to pay the $25 cancellation fee) and recommend anyone who breaks out in a sweat, gets dizzy, and throws up just having a dentist look in your mouth (me!) then go somewhere where they actually care about you! This isn't the place ( unless you don't mind paying extra).

Greedy idiots.. No matter what your family emergency is this AH will charge you a cancellation fee even you have notified them few hours ahead. Greedy punks.

Sadly a great dentist but awful staff. Came across this dentist because of the location. Wound up getting some work done, the surgeon was rough and rude. Years later, I address an issue and they refuse to give me an appointment. TO  SAY CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A BIT UNWELCOMING IS AN OVERSTATEMENT FOR THIS PLACE. You deserve to be treated in a friendlier fashion when going through such trauma.. this place is THE WORST.

Despite the reviews the office is great.  I had the best experience and the staff as well as doctors are friendly.
