worst customer service ever.. i called to let them know they had water leaks and the water was not working .. they replied with "yes we know and their is supposed to be a maintenance man there " and when I replied "so you knew about it and you don't have any out of order signs, so you're just collecting money when you know there's no service" they thought that was very rude and I was just saying that's it's pretty easy to put up signs that say out of order they said they're supposed to be cones up and the maintenance man ran to go get parts I said there's one cone knock down.. but tape over the slots were you put the coins would probably be easier, cheaper, and more efficient... they hung up and won't answer my calls so I wonder how I'm going to get my money back??? I think the cones sell for 2 bucks but they only have one out here. .

I drove up at 9 am this morning, 5 May 17, in hopes of running my car thru the automatic car wash.....put my card in the machine, said it charged me 12 bucks but no wash. Not one light came on and NO ONE will answer the phone.

AVOID!!! Used my card and when I rinsed off the soap from foam brush the wax or spot free rinse didn't work. It kept charging up to $5. I had to drive down the street to wash me car wash (a Much better place) and wash my car again because it was even more dirty than when I washed it here. I called and I was told she would be there in 5 mins I waited 10 and cut my losses. STAY AWAY with this kind of service all they are doing is stealing.
