We had an awful experience with Aqua Artists. From the get go, they were unreliable, often missing 1 to 2 weeks of scheduled service per month. They also frequently left the back gate open which as a dog owner I repeatedly stressed that the gate needed to be shut when they left. Then when I talked to management about paying my bill pro rata to reflect the lack of service, I got threatened that they would increase my rates. When I finally got fed up and did pay a bill pro rata they told me they would no longer clean our pool as our pool was too hard to maintain for various reasons that didn't even apply to our pool. Maybe they just don't need the business. But I'm all too glad to move on,.

Unable to reach them and they don’t return the call back. Spa was never cleaned and vacuumed properly. They take time off without notifying the customer.

We bought our Sovereign spa there in 2006 and love it.  We can hop into it at any time as it is always ready.  My husband takes over the moto jet as he has back problems & the rest of the spa is mine.
We decided to get the weekly service as I work full time.  The service has been great.  We also get our spa drained and cleaned every 3 to 4 months to keep it in top running order.
