Financed a water system for our home about 2 month ago.  In the contract it said our payment would be $59.  We received the first bill and it was $94.  We called and told them the error.  They said they needed us to fax the contract to them showing the payment difference.  We faxed to the number the rep gave me. They didn't receive, so we faxed to the next number the rep gave me.  They still didn't receive, now this was just getting ridiculous.  We called a third time and got another fax number, fax to that number and they got it.  Said it would take them awhile to get it figured out.  We said, well our first payment is coming due and  don't want the $94 taken out of my account, just the $59 payment that was stated in contract.  Yes, you can imagine what I am about to say next, they took out $94.  We didn't agree to this amount to be deducted from account and they took it anyway.  When we called about getting this right according to contract, we asked for manager (Blair Rex) and this manager was so rude, argumentative and even called me a liar and said I wrote the $59 in the contract.  WHAT?!?  we were so angry, this place is horrible!!  I am so disgusted with the lack of customer service, we are sick to be stuck in a contract with them.  BTW, they finally got my payment figured out after all the faxing attempts and we pay $59 as agreed, they could have been so much more helpful, since it was their fault and mistake, instead of making us, the customer, jump through hoops and be so rude and disgusting.  Whomever owns this company needs to take a good hard look at their customer service policies and their employees.  Buyer Beware!!

I have a water softener for my house and the loan is through Aqua Finance. DO NOT apply for anything through this company! They are cheaters! They placed a lien on my home WITHOUT disclosing any information to me. I only found out about it now that I am trying to sell my home and come to find out, they placed a lien on my house!!! Without my knowledge or any kind of legitimate reason aside from “protecting their own interests.” We’ve been making consistent payments for YEARS! There was absolutely no reason for them to place a lien on my house. Cheating and lying scum!

Financed central air. They opened a credit card instead of just a loan. And they won't calculate payments made ahead of time so that they can charge the maximum amount of interest. The billing statements never reflect what I've actually paid and speaking with someone over the phone does not clarify it. It's confusing and frustrating! I just want to see what I owe easily!

Ridiculous experience. Wanted to finance a home water system and assumed it would be simple since both of our credit scores are in the 700s. Company notified us of an 80% approval. When contacted to get clarification on the particulars of how they wanted us to pay them the full loan amount but they would only pay 80% to the service provider, they refused to discuss any rationale as to why. Also, they refused to disclose what credit reporting system they used or even how they made their decision. After the call our water service provider was notified that they rescinded the 80% offer. Horrible set up. Dont waste your time.
