my experience with aqua Spas as a whole has been one of the worst experiences I've ever experienced as a customer. We purchase the spa at the Kansas State Fair it has not worked since installation the pumps went out and we replaced after several phone calls and several weeks went by the heating element went out and was replaced with the same challenges. The pump has gone out again and it has been several weeks that we've been trying to get some of the calls back and or get it replaced we've been told everything from the owners not in and the owner has never answered the phone to Mark said this or Finn said that or the parts being ordered as someone else told us the party was in fact on the shelf and in stock. They were supposed to be out. We are having a holiday family celebration and we're planning on using the hot tub that has not worked again since September 2017. my husband finally reach them at 1 today and they said it was too late in the day to come out and it would be a six-hour trip and he just wasn't up to it.   not only do I not recommend this company I recommend we join forces with picket signs at the Kansas State Fair do not buy anything here!

Just had spa installed yesterday . 
The techs Jacob and Jarred were great . It was a little tricky to get to the place we wanted it . 
They got it there and unloaded perfectly . Very professional and polite . It was a great experience . Thanks guys
