Great experience all around. Our older gas fireplace wasn't working. When I called, they patiently walked me through things to try.  When that didn't work, they scheduled a service call in just a few days. Dave Anderson (Montana) was punctual, professional, polite, and personable. Thank you!

Bought my gas insert from them years ago & quickly realized their incompetence & lack of communication. After installation, the tech didn't offer to remove the black screen & the top brick baffle was cracked so they scheduled to come back. Night before appt they call to say they lost paperwork & don't know why they're coming out so I ask if that means they didn't order the new baffle kit. They assure me it's there but when they arrive, it's the wrong kit. 
Fast forward to 2017 & one of the ceramic logs is cracked so I call & they say it's under warranty so they'll order a new kit. They warn me shipping ($25) & labor is not covered so I tell them I can replace the logs myself & I approve the $25 shipping. They say they'll call me when it's in & to bring the old logs in when I pick them up. 2 months go by & no call so I check in & they say it hasn't been ordered because they're waiting for payment for shipping. I told Caleb NOBODY TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY AHEAD OF TIME & he said "I'm telling you now."  It's now getting cooler & much time has been wasted so I'm not happy!  When they place the order, the manufacturer says "it's a good thing you called because there's a 25 day lead time for this log kit."  I told Caleb to cancel the order at this point. I have no confidence in AquaRec & will never give them any business again.

All of the employees here are great. We have been loyal customers for about 12 years now . We bought both of our gas fireplaces here and our hot tub too. We continue to buy all of our hot tub maintenance things here as well. I recommend doing business with them if you want to be well taken care of.
