Terrible customer service! Owner was very knowledgeable but quite rude.  The store stunk of filthy tanks. Owner was terribly rude to my children which were well behaved. All tanks were dirty. The prices were outrageously expensive. Especially for equipment and starter fish. The equipment was not a better grade than what you find in petsmart or any other chain store.  Dust on everything in the store. Could not get a clear answer out of owner about anything. She was very aggressive when discussing ANYTHING. 
Don't GO HERE!!!!

This place sells, small borderline illegal turtles among other items  I took pictures of his illegal turtles (anything under 4 inches.)  So, please avoid, as this owner supports turtle farming which is essentially killing turtles to make a profit.

I went to this store to see if the negative reviews are valid. I found that they are. I felt really bad for the betta fish. They are sitting in mason jars and the water is filthy. Fin rot has set in on some of them.  They seem to have a good filtration system but rely only on it to keep the tanks clean. Little care is given  to the tanks past that. I saw 2 dead fish that appeared to have been in there for a few days. I would not recommend this store to anyone. I would just have people go to Bob's Tropical Fish. Bob's actually loves there fish and has better prices. One good thing Ill say is that they had a couple of nice looking discus fish that are cheaper than Bob's.

This was the absolute worst pet store I have ever been too. They were so rude to my family and i. The little that's working in there had the worst attitude and keep rolling her eyes.I will never go back there again and I don't advise anyone to buy from them!

As a hobbyist, I was extremely disappointed in this place.  The tanks were filthy, overrun with massive amounts of algae and fish that have obviously been dead for quite a while. Bettas are in tiny jars with thick, dirty water and their poor fins are melting off from fin rot. The store in general is dirty and smells like urine. The only good thing I can say is they do have a good selection aquarium decorations and a few fish I haven't seen in other stores, but everything is way overpriced. It's extremely obvious the owner doesn't care about the store or the animals in it. It's sad and I feel bad for the animals.
