We built our swimming pool in 2012 and Aquatic pools have serviced it very well. We recently had to replace the polymer coat to the concrete after 5 years and it looks brand new. The concrete has not even cracked. Mr Yates and the company have always been attentive, provided great service and a quality product. Thanks again.

star is the lowest I can go.  They would definitely be in the -30 range.  So here's what happened. I was told my pool would be ready by summer. Well it's summer and I still have a mud pit in my backyard. This company is so UNORGANIZED!!! Their men are under equipped! Claudia in the office, is absolutely the rudest person in a customer service job I have ever encountered. Ive been hung up on, groaned at, all but treated like a person.  Already looking for someone to take over the job and actually do what they promised. WORST COMPANY EVER! If you want your pool done in the same year, trust me learn from my mistake.  GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Called and spoke to Monique today to gather information. She was the rudest person I have even encountered while asking about their process etc. Prior to knowing my budget, wants, needs or in general what I was looking for she said " we do not offer free estimates, and I suggest doing some research on pools."  Very rude, and I will be going elsewhere for my pool/fire pit etc. needs.

These guys are horrible. Sloppy workmanship, terrible customer service and no organization. Three years down the road and the concrete for the pool deck is cracking and falling apart everywhere.

Ron and crew just finished the second pool in the last ten years. Did a great job both times.
