Brought my Samsonite bag in here with a broken handle and was happy to find out my warranty was still valid. Communication was a bit difficult as I was leaving for a trip and this was before the holidays (they were really busy), but when I stopped in 3 weeks later I found my bag was fixed up with a replacement handle. It wasn't the same cosmetically, but functionally, the bag is right back to good travels. Free of charge. Would recommend.

Came in there with 2 pieces of Samsonite luggage under their standard warranty. One was missing a zipper and the handlebar was stuck in the other. Dropped both off and after a couple weeks I got a call saying that it would be better for Samsonite to send me replacements. A week later I got two brand new pieces of luggage which were better models than the ones I had dropped off. While this whole process took some time, very appreciative of the replacements.

Twice now I've brought my Skyway spinner luggage here to have the handle repaired, because it is only Skyway "authorized service center" near me.

Both times, the handle seemed to be working again, but broke again the very next time I actually used it. They are repairing items just enough to get you to accept it, not doing quality repairs!
