We recently stayed the week at Arbor Terrace and stayed in the 2 bedroom cottage! It is just like staying at home! The staff is amazing! The community is really nice as well! This is our new "home" away from home! We look forward to coming back next year!!!

What a GREAT place to stay.  A BIG thank you to Janet  for fitting us in when I accidentally booked the wrong week, much appreciated.  Thank you to Ed for everything he did on Easter day....hope he didn't miss Easter dinner.... Absolutely loved the cottage rental and will definitely  stay there again if needed.....

On the internet that says it's a five-minute walk to the beach it's more like a 20 minute drive with the car to get to the beach so there's a false advertisement online to draw you here saying that this is a great Resort when the area is nice but it's not as close to the water they make it sound like

This is our 4th stay here. It's close to everything and inexpensive.  We have everything we need supplied for us in the cottages. Friendly neighbors but yet privacy. We even have our dog. We love it here.

As a full-time resident I love meeting all the different people from around the country and the world. It is a very friendly neighborhood.
