Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

On a long drive from the Bay Area, heading North we decided to jump off the freeway and grab a bite to eat here. I am typically a fan of Arby's, but this stop left me a bit disappointed. The drive thru was very busy but the inside was completely empty so we decided to dine in. We had a group of 3 people I placed an order for 2 of us and the third person decided to go to Taco Bell next door. We sat down waiting for our order and considering we were the only ones inside, it seemed to be taking a while. I went back and asked about my order and the cashier said it should be ready in a minute. Meanwhile our third person came back already with food from Taco Bell and started eating. After a few more minutes I went back again and this time there was a different person who said she couldn't even find my order. After she got the other cashier from the back, they realized that she never gave my order to the kitchen. They finally got my order together and gave a half-hearted apology. We sat down to eat and realized one of our sandwiches was wrong but at that point we just wanted to eat and get going so I left it alone. Could just have been one of those bad days that everyone has but that was my experience.

I love Arby's! Grew up on the food. The quality of the food is what you'd expect from Arby's. But nowhere else can you go & spend $38.00 or more for 2 menu meals for 2 adults. I am almost willing to pay for the gasoline expense of driving to the next closest Arby's. Every other Arby's has been by far cheaper. Not worth the price.

Can't go wrong with Classic Roast Beef....kind of pricey though. 💲💲💲
