Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Very disappointed as we walked in and cashier walked away when we didn't immediately approach her, took a few seconds decided as two other seperate customers who had entered immediately prior to us were still waiting, drive thru woke seen us acted confused answered his next drive thru customer if he even had one as he left now 5 of us standing there, the cashier whom finally came up and waited on the first customer had to leave to go do do something after not telling us anything and simply walking away as the first customer was giving his order as she had asked for,  returning she did apologize and said OK what can i get you. She also did offer to help us out with a special so she once unflustered did an amazing job so she saved the day but I have a feeling she walked in to a bad situation as I seen multiple employees lool confused and standing in kitchen socializing rather than having any idea of what is going on in the world or in this case Arbys around them,  but good job to the girl that made a 1 star a 3

Great salads and the little girl that waited on us tonight was really nice. But I'm surprised that they took out the pepsi machine

The food was old this place is hit or miss the old manager ran the store smooth and I don't think the new one gots it all together

Love arbys.... wish they'd being back jr. Roast beef, the slider buns are very yeast-y... still good though.

I love the food at Arby's in Taylorville Illinois..
Though they have tried to overcharge me on something more than once..
And they have messed up on my order more than once..
And I ask for "A LOT".. And I specify "A LOT" of "Horsy Sauce" and "A LOT" of "Bronco Berry Sauce".. And either they must be hard of hearing.. Or they do not quite comprehend exactly what "A LOT" means since they only gave me 2 packets of "Horsy Sauce" and 2 things of "Bronco Berry Sauce".
"2" is not "A LOT" to last me for all that I order.
I had also asked for salt and I was given ABSOLUTELY NO salt at all.
And my sister had asked for only a couple strips of bacon once before.. And all they gave her was 2 COLD strips of bacon.
And the prices are outrageous even with coupons.
