Newly remodeled. Dining room is nice but small. Shelly waited on us today. She was very nice, smiled and called me by name multiple times. The food was great and the experience was good.
One hour wait. One hour. For 4 cars in the drive-thru. Horrendous service. I waited one hour in the drive thru to order my wagyu steakhouse meal. There were only 4 cars in front of me. When I get to the window, my drink is wrong, my order is wrong, oh and I ask for a reciept and I can't have one. Get back to where I'm working, which is 5 MINUTES AWAY, and the burger is cold. It tastes like garbage.
Had not been to an Arby's in years. Dining room was immaculate. Everything looked very clean. I had a giant Jamocha Shake and it was WONDERFUL. No "the shake machine isn't working" or wrong amount of syrup like at the OTHER PLACE. I believe the guy at the counter was Ty. Very polite and friendly. Well dressed. Looked sharp.
You open at 10 o’clock which means your staff should be there an hour prior so everything is prepared for customers to come in at 10 an order. I’ve worked in the food industry, professional kitchens, and fast food. I’ve never seen or heard of a staff showing up right at 10 o’clock and the fryers and everything not be available. Only thing I was able to purchase was a turkey sandwich completely and professional if the sign says open at 10 you should be there to prep for the restaurant is ready and prepared for opening at 10.
Super slow service. Then they gave me the wrong 1/2 pound roast beef sandwich, I very specifically said NO Cheese Sauce on my roast beef! Poppers were good and hot. The Jamocha shake was good. Strange how some days they do great, then other days are like this. Oh, and I've never had an Arby's roast beef under cooked. Well, today it was dripping red juice, under cooked.
Stopped by on a Saturday afternoon for a quick sandwich. 2 for 6 was excellent, just simple regular sandwiches and we really enjoyed. Food was hot, place was clean and updated. Employees seemed happy and friendly Stopped in again but disappointed this time. Roof leaking in dining area with garbage cans placed around to catch water. I take back clean and updated ! Also food prices drastically increased. I think we will pass next time.
Thank God the food was edible, but service was out the window. When we walked in, we walked to the counter, the cashier was drying trays, she looked at me several times and continued to dry the trays, she then said be with you shortly. I'm sorry but there was no rush to dry those trays instead of helping your customers. Eventually the manager on duty ended up taking my order. Then it took well over 7 mins to get my order to me. We were the only customers in the store This gave me time to check out the place as a whole, and I was disgusted, trash all over the floors, splatters all over the walls, tables completely trashed. I'm very disappointed and will not be returning. This is also the smallest Arby's I've ever seen. I'd take caution coming here. There was 1 boy on duty who was very kind and very upbeat.
This place sucks beyond belief! Always short staffed, terrible Management, Food Is Awful. Had a Gift Card they did not know how to use it. Incompetent People Doing the absolute minimum!! Corporate or Franchise owner needs to tighten up. 1 star for the reason there is no 0 star option!! Get it together!!!
I like the food here. There have been a couple of issues with orders once in a while but if I spoke up I don't always it was corrected quickly.Food: 5/5
I have been eating Arby's for over 40 years of my life and they must have changed their meat because the last two times I went it's a smaller cut it looks like rubber and taste disgusting I will never go back in this lifetime disgusting I don't know what it is but it's not going in my body service was great atmosphere was great but disappointment with the quality of the food
