Frequent this Arby's whenever we come to Omaha. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. The lobby has been decorated very nice for the Holidays. At this time, inside dining is not available. Always kept clean and organized.

I was greeted by MaTasha, in the Arby’s drive thru located at 5029 S 108th Street, Omaha, Nebraska. She was extremely pleasant and displayed EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills as well! Stay FABULOUS MaTasha!! Arby’s is so lucky to have you!!Food: 4/5

Everytime we go to this Arbys the people are very nice and polite. I don't think they've ever gotten our orders wrong. My husband really likes the roast beef sandwiches, but my favorites are the French Dip and the Reuben. I LOVE that sandwich and the bread is so soft and flavorful. We recommend this story.

I love coming to this Arby’s with my family! I think this one consistently keeps stock of food, especially chicken. I usually get a small order of mozzarella sticks, medium combo of chicken tenders, with curly fries. Everything is always nice, warm, and crispy. There’s been a few times that we didn’t get sauce, but most of the time we do. It’s also consistently clean inside, and not very busy in the late evenings.

We live near this Arby's so we always come this location. Always good, fast service. Never have missing items in our order. We usually order to go, but when we dine in, it is a clean and relaxing environment.Food: 5/5

3 stars for service for the male the was stuck working window and helping the lobby.   Staff in back was very loud and too busy in their own conversation to help this one guys out.    I could hear them coughing/hacking, and coworkers saw 'ewww' and just laugh it off while they are in back with the food.  Burger was recommended by the guy working - but when it came out to us it was somehow in three pieces?  Old and barely warm.  Buffalo chicken wrap - it was barely wrapped and sadly the tortillas Arby's has changed too are even sub-par to a 14yo boy that he didn't even want to eat it.  To the guy working - I hope you see this and I'll pray for you to find something better because you are far too good for that store and the coworkers you are stuck dealing with.

They don't serve ham anymore???!! What. Why?? But u can get a burger. We'll. Wont b back thereFood: 1/5
