I ordered a Turkey bacon ranch meal for pickup, I got home and pulled my sandwich out the bag to find that the sandwich was half way cut and my sandwich fell apart when taking it out the bag the paper was hardly wrapped on the sandwich I asked for no cheese and there was cheese on there and the bread was really toasted that I couldn’t even eat it. I saw good reviews about this sandwich that prompted me to try it for the first time, and my sandwich looked nothing like the food reviews I saw…I’ve had good experiences with this location but today was a bad experience

I ordered my fries online before I went into the store, then went in to order because the app didn't have the 2for 6 deal. Got my sandwich quickly.  As I watch 10 orders of fries go out the window and in the lobby for people that ordered after me. I asked whare are my fries. The told me 4 minutes. The fries finished cooking, and again the fries went to drive through and lobby. Had to wait another 4 minutes. As the expedite was handing my fries to other people,  he looks at me and says sorry. He did that 4 times. Really.  I have frozen stuff in my car and need to get home. But I was forced to wait an additional 10 minutes for fries. They should be dropping 3 baskets at a time for the dinner rush. Why? Just why? If you need an employee that is reliable and has a little common sense. I need a job.

I came with my girlfriend last night and what can I say, the staff is great the guy at the register kept my joke about the name "Dirty Vader" going, the food was great for $29 we had a great meal and time, the room is great, overall in my heart this establishment is at number oneFood: 5/5

Pleasant experience overall. Got the 4 for $10. Everything was hot & freshly prepared. No long wait in the drive-thru. Friendly staff. Pretty decent !Food: 5/5

When I spend money  At Arby's?!! I want my food hot not cold! My curly fries were cold. My beef & cheddar was lukewarm. It doesn't matter if they're not busy or not! Or, Time of day? Customer want consistency regardless! So! I guess They gave me what was sitting out that got cold because they want to save on food costs they don't want to waste food so you're going to give me full price food?? Been sitting there that's cold? And Yes, I worked at Arby's back in the 80s Mr Ripp Signed My paycheck  many times! I know the back line!  Front line like the back of my hand! That food had been sitting! Yes, I was a 6 night front line closer at  Arby's near Willow lawn on Broad Street in the 80s. Ok? But...  We were starving!! So! We just went on!... Service was quick in & out. We didn't sit there &  dine! Because? if I was sitting in there I would have brought the food back!!!  Maybe? That's Why it wasn't busy!!  Inconsistency with food especially prices of today at Arby's? Customers won't come back! Not in the West End & Short Pump!

The food is good, the atmosphere is okay. I find it to be a bit boring but oh well. The walls are white walls,  there's nothing on them, different type of tile the service is good,  the people are friendly. I recommend this place to others.  Parking: Is plenty of space in the restaurant. There is plenty of parking. The parking lot is clean karma inside the restaurant is clean. It is a very nice place to go and enjoy a meeting with family and your friends.

Stopped in to pick up the order.  The team at the counter was very nice and the food great. Especially the French Dip with your horseradish sauce.Food: 5/5

I really love the bacon cheeseburger but sometimes the cheeseburger is way too pink inside so the consistency of your order with that is not on par the rest of the food that I have ordered is very good  Vegetarian options: The only vegetarian options would be the sides and the desserts if you are vegan do not go  Parking: There is plenty of parking I use the drive-thru so I honestly haven't looked to see if there's handicapped parking  Wheelchair accessibility: Yes

Friendly staff and clean bright dining room.  The food is good, but you have to remember to ask for sauces if ordering takeout.  None comes in bag and apparently the fried cheese sticks also no longer come with sauce.  4 cheese sticks for $5 and no sauce, tasty but I won't be ordering anymoreFood: 4/5

Newly renovated dinning room is great.  Menu item that is no longer sold at this arbys location is still advertised on the menu Fish sandwich.
