Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

I only give it 1 star because I can't give 0. I have been there 2-3 times a week for the last 3 weeks because it was convenient on my way to work. I won't be doing this anymore. I think the staff are more worried about the latest gossip then making sure they are doing their job. EVERYTIME I have to repeat my order 3-4 time before they get it as if they are not paying attention to what your saying. How many times do I have to say 5 pc chicken tenders???? Not a hard order. Somehow they still manage to mess it up. Stuff missing from my order, or ring up a 5 pc and get 3. Really? I tried to order something else that was not chicken tenders nope still can't get it right. I will NOT be going back anytime soon nor will recommend it. Ive had enough. So what I have to get out of my car at CAFE 27, SUBWAY or JOEYS PIZZA my order will be CORRECT and I don't have to repeat my order numerous times.

Very clean place, as soon as we walked in we we're greated by the cashier very polite and professional, the food was excellent we will definitely be back again!!!!
