Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Was enjoying my meal until I saw kitchen help come into lobby wearing food preparation gloves and then handle dirty door handle.  Did he rewash and reglove? Complete disregard of health department regulations.  You are not supposed to wear gloves past food preparation station

It would be nice these places would change the grease once in awhile roast beef way too thick makes you really miss Danvers

I like Arby's and prefer to stop there when travelling. The service at this restaurant has gone down drastically since they transferred the staff from a failed restaurant.  The drive-thru lines are always long and slow - it is a minor miracle if they get your order right even if you repeat it several times. On my most recent visit, with about 8 people in line to order and 6 waiting for food, the woman putting serving the food was busy flirting with a couple of men in line and "lost track" of a couple of orders. When I got my tray, my onion rings were burnt. I took them back and was given another box that was also burnt.  The woman told me they didn't know what to do to make them better (shorten the cooking time?).  I left them on the counter and after I finished my sandwich I asked for a manager so I could request a refund, this same woman claimed to be the manager and refused me a refund because "it wasn't her fault that my food was burned".  As other's have said, this is far from the cleanest restaurant (fast food or not) that I have been in. Even the front counter is dirty and you will usually stick to the floor in front of the drink fountain.  Go to the Wendy's across the street.

Melanie Is one of the greatest staff and has been here at this location for so long continues to bring in customers
