Story

Since we opened our first restaurant in Boardman, OH, in 1964, we’ve been serving quality meats on handcrafted sandwiches. We call this transformation from a cut of meat to a delicious sandwich “Meatcraft™”, and our dedication to Meatcraft™ informs every decision we make. From the sandwiches we serve to our curly fries, shakes and sides, everything we do is in service to the meats. It’s why we get to work every morning at 8 a.m. even though we don't open until 11. Good food takes time to prepare, and we’re happy to put in the time to make your meal great.

Got to the speaker. Thought they said go ahead with your order when ready. Looked for a minute and began ordering. The woman was rude while asking us to wait. 
I don't mind waiting it's not a big deal but how you ask a customer to wait is a big deal. 
I've been there I've worked this job before. 
I'll drive further next time I crave curly fries.

Always good experiences when I go here! Don't go very often but everte I do the staff is polite and makes it a fun experience! They always get the good right as well!

Went there this evening... Young man behind the counter was very friendly and courteous, however, young lady in the drivethru was continuously complaining.... Our food came up and when she started to put our food in the bag half of the food fell on the counter... Because of the long wait we simply asked for a refund at which time the young lady rolled her eyes. We spoke to the manager and her response was... Yeah I am working on it.... Rediculous!

Gave it a two because of the friendly staff and the Orange Cream Shake. I went there to try the new Italian porchetta sandwich. Except for the peppers on it, it was about the most tasteless sandwich I have ever purchased. It was the first time I'd visited an Arby's in about a year. That time, at this location, they quoted a price for my order and then told me they made a mistake and wanted more money. I gave them back the food and hadn't been back since.
